How do I cancel my membership?

If you would like to cancel your subscription and/or account, please use the list below to identify which biller you used and click the cancel link provided for that biller. If you are unable to identify your biller on this list please submit a support ticket and one of our customer service representatives will assist you.

      In order to successfully manage your subscription and/or account you will need to know the email address you used when creating your account, your username and which site you joined.

      Please also have the email you received when you initially signed up ready, as it contains information that will be necessary to cancel your membership.

      If you are still having problems please submit a support ticket and we will review your account immediately. Please supply as much information with your ticket as possible so that we can better diagnose the problem.
