Why do the videos keep buffering or appear choppy?
Posted by Customer Support, Last modified by Customer Support on 20 June 2017 02:51 PM
Video buffering can be caused by a slow internet connection or low resources on your computer, such as low memory or running too many programs at the same time. You may test your computer speeds here http://www.speedtest.net/ .
If you are trying to download videos while viewing streaming videos a the same time, you might be using more bandwidth than your connection can handle.

If videos continue to buffer or if playback continues to be choppy, try the following:

Select a lower video quality to see if that fixes the issue.

Turn off additional programs and power settings. Power settings are often optimized for power savings and not performance.

Stop downloading files in the background.

Close additional browser tabs.
