I receive an error when trying to stream a scene. Why is that?

If you encounter an error trying to stream a scene, clear your browser's history and cache, restart then try again. Be sure that your internet connection is functioning properly by going to http://www.speedtest.net/ to check that you are connected and that your speeds are acceptable for the streaming format you chose.

Also be sure to have the latest version of the browser you are using. If you continue to experience issues, try a different browser.
Check to also make sure your media player is the latest version.
