      In order to successfully manage your subscription and/or account you will need to know the email address you used when creating your account, your username and which site you joined.

      Please also have the email you received when you initially signed up ready, as it contains information that will be necessary to cancel your membership.

      If you are still having problems please submit a support ticket and we will review your account immediately. Please supply as much information with your ticket as possible so that we can better diagnose the problem. 

      If you successfully canceled your membership, you received an email confirmation from the billing company that processed your membership. Be sure to check your email account's spam folder if you can't locate the confirmation email. If you are still unsure, please contact the billing company that processed your membership. You can find these details on your credit card billing statement. If you are still unsure, you may open a ticket and we will locate your membership information.

      Charges for your membership depend on the membership option you signed up for. 

      • Trial memberships are billed a trial amount at signup, then upgraded after the trial period expires unless the membership is canceled before the upgrade. For example, if you purchase a 3 day trial, you must cancel within the 3 day period or your card will be charged for a full membership and will rebill monthly on the date of the upgrade.
      • Monthly memberships rebill every 30 days.
      • Three month memberships rebill every 90 days.
      • Yearly memberships will rebill every 365 days.

      We use a variety of billing companies to process memberships. Please check below to see if the charge is from one of the companies listed here.
