You may retrieve or reset your password by contacting the billing company that processed your membership. You may also contact our support staff for assistance.

A login failure can be caused by multiple reasons:

  • The most common reason is simply entering the wrong information. Usernames and passwords are CaSe sensitive, so be careful to check that you are entering the information correctly and do not have your caps lock on.
  • Your membership might have expired. Please check with the billing company that processed your membership to make sure it is still active and was not canceled due to a declined charge.
  • Your account could be blocked due to too many login failures or too many logins from multiple locations in a short period of time. 
  • If you are using a download manager or VPNs to access, our security system might block you if your access patterns indicate a possible security issue.

If you are certain your login information is correct and your membership is active, please contact us so we may assist you.

To reset your password, please contact the billing company that processed your membership for fastest service. If you are unsure of the billing company that processed your membership, refer to your payment card billing statement for one of our billers listed below:

        When you sign up for a trial membership, you will be charged the trial price and be granted access to the membership site. Once the trial period expires, you will be billed for a monthly membership which will recur monthly. If you don't want the membership to convert from a trial to a full membership, be sure to cancel within the trial period by opening a support ticket.

        We respond to all tickets within 24 hours. If you opened a support ticket and have not received a reply during this time, please check your spam folder. If it isn't there, your email provider is blocking our replies. Please be assured that we have replied. If you have requested a cancellation the membership was canceled but we can not do anything to force an email provider to receive our email responses.
